Created Unassigned: Acrobat only displays first page of Mult-page PDF [9091]

I generated a PDF using the demo project. When I open the generated PDF in Adobe Acrobat 11.0.11 the first page displays fine, but when scrolling down, the second page displays completely blank and an error pops up saying: "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

When I open in Chrome or FF the PDF displays normally with no issues. Is this a bug in PDFsharp, HtmlRenderer, or Adobe Reader?
