New Post: know when htmlpanel is fully rendered

That's for adding this. I'm not having success with it right now unfortunately.

I'm trying to use ScrollToElement to jump to specific section as soon as the HTML loads. However if I call ScrollToelement with the Loaded event is raised nothing happens. If I call the same ScrollToElement method manually after the control has loaded the HTML it works fine. Any idea what's going on here?
